Got woken up at 8am this morning so got ready and went to the Bath track and did some pump laps.
I am really sore from yesterday so I will take it easy for this week and then try and ramp up ready for Bristol on 22nd.
It looks like it may take a bit longer than the 2 weeks I have until Bristol to get back in shape as I struggled to do 10 pump laps with rest in between which was my warmup before I crashed!!
After the 10 pump laps I managed 5 full speed start hill manual the first jump. My manuals are really bad again but I managed one out of 5 manuals clean without nose bonking the top of the double so there is room for improvement.
Tomorrow I am going to try and 3 pump laps as warm up followed by 6 full speed laps with 5 minutes of rest in between to see if I can do it or not.
I have to say I really like the Dialled bike now after changing the bars. I need to get a 30mm seat clamp as the one that I have on it at the moment is too big so the seat moves a bit which isn't too much of an issue but it is a bit annoying.
