Failing goals

This week hasd been crazy which has meant that I have not been able to complete most of my goals. The only goals that I have been able to complete is drinking 3l or more of water a day and also drinking lime water 30 minutes before eating breakfast in a morning. I must say that I am feeling much better for doing both.

I plan to get 2 more exercise sessions in tomorrow and Sunday so that I can make the weekly goal of 3 sessions a week so lets see if I can do it or not.
