Played basketball on Wednesday night and managed to break the rib in my back again!!!
Even though I have a broken rib I did my interductory session at Pilates this morning which went really well and I really enjoyed it.
I have spoken to my Pilates intructor and have decided that I am going to rest over christmas and new year and then strat doing one session a week to work on all the imbalances I have in my knees and ancles and work on my flexability as it is really poor. She also noticed that I have really poor range of motion in my hips which we will work on.
I am also going to pick up my new freestyle cruiser next week so once my rib is heeled I will be able to start learning freestyle.
