I woke up feeling really crappy with a headache, sore throat and a bit of a temperature this morning so I decided to just practice my first straights today. I focused on my manuals at top speed and they are coming along nicely I managed to do the first straight well about 4 times out of the 20 or so times I did it so I am getting more consistent 😂
I also did uphill sprints back up the start hill to get a bit of training in as well.
I also cleanly manualled the second jump more times than in any other session to date so I am pretty happy considering that I should have stayed in bed this morning.
Got home just in time as well as it had just started raining again so that is a bonus.
